My stay at Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono was nothing short of amazing. The resort is beautifully luxurious and perfectly situated near the ski lifts, making it incredibly convenient for skiing. While I experienced some slow communication before my arrival, everything was sorted out once I got there, and the staff were wonderfully accommodating. I can't wait to return!
